Start Your Student Application

Click on the "Start Application Now" button. This will link you to our online application.

Create An Account

Create a MySchools.nyc account. This should take less than 10 minutes. You will receive an email welcome letter once your account is set up. It will contain your password.

Fill Out Your Application

Complete the guided step-by-step online application. You can save an application in process, then return later to complete. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Don't worry, we'll send you reminders.

Application Processing

Applications are processed by the NYC Department of Education through your MySchools account. Acceptance is subject to program capacity and when there are more applications than seats available, students will be waitlisted and will receive an offer to another school.

What you'll need...

The following guidelines will help make your application quick and easy. Start by collecting your child's information noted below:

• Your student’s birth certificate
• Proof of residency (2 current documents)
• Child's immunization documents

Prepare these documents for upload, prior to starting your applications. Applications will not be processed until all student documents required are received by the school.
